Anna Marie Taylor

Anna Marie Taylor, age 79, of Van Wert, died Wednesday, December 24, 2014 while celebrating the holiday with family in Indianapolis, IN. Anna was born July 30, 1935 in rural Latty Twp., Paulding Co. Ohio the daughter of Ronald O. and Mabel O. (Schaffner) Taylor both of whom preceded her in death.
Anna was a graduate of the former Hoaglin Jackson High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Olivet Nazarene College in Kankakee, IL. She was employed as a teacher in the Miami-Dade County School System, Miami, FL for 30 years. She then received her credentials as a minister in the Church of the Nazarene and served congregations in Miami, Florida; Norristown, Pennsylvania; and Van Wert, Ohio.
She is survived by her brother, Eldon E. (Kaye L. ) Taylor and niece Laurie A. Taylor of New Haven, Indiana, nephew Ron L. (Lori) Taylor and great niece Aiden E. Taylor of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Brickner Funeral with Rev. Carol Tumbleson-Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, rural Van Wert Co. Ohio. Friends may call at Brickner Funeral Home from 4 PM to 7PM Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to time of Services.
