Betty Rose Routt

age 77, of Cavett, died at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, April 30, 2006, at his residence.
She was born October 10, 1928, in Union Township, Van Wert County, the daughter of the late Rollo Orville and Gracie Agnes (Miller) Taylor. On May 19, 1947, she married Frederick Lawrence Routt, who died December 19, 2000.
Mrs. Routt was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Danny Ray (Karla) Routt , David Kent (Joyce) Routt and Steven Lynn (Marilyn) Routt, all of Cavett; two daughters, Kathy Rose (Conrad) Johnson of Cavett and Cindy Lou (Shane) Neer of Frost Proof, Fla.; a brother, Vondale Taylor of Van Wert; two sisters, Lois Williamson of Cavett and Lillian Saam of Van Wert; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by eight brothers, Clyde, Benjamin, Vergil, Donald Ray, James, Welcome, Eugene and William Taylor, and two sisters, Ethel Tyas and Mable Lee. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Scott Fleming officiating. Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery in Cavett.
Viewing hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, at the funeral home.
