Carole A. (Eberle) Conn

Carole A. Conn, 72, of Van Wert, died at 10:45 PM Sunday, February 14, 2015 at Van Wert County Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born October 15, 1943 in Van Wert, the daughter of Charles A. Eberle, Sr. and Juanita V (Lee) Eberle, both of whom preceded her in death.
Survivors include one granddaughter, Braden Swanson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, two brothers, Charles "Chuck" (Shelly) Eberle of Van Wert and Richard, Sr. "Rick" (Clara) Eberle of Middle Point, and a very special friend, Linda Blue, of Van Wert and nieces and nephews.
A son, David B. Shelton, Husbands: David L. Shelton, Paul Miller, and Leonard Conn preceded her in death.
Mrs. Conn worked for many years at the General Electric Plant in Decatur, Indiana and for Teleflex in Van Wert. She was also a former Betty Crocker, Ohio State Cherry Pie Baking Champion and attended Trinity Friends Chuch in Van Wert.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, February 19, 2016 at Brickner Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Heilshorn officiating. Calling will be 1 hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
