Diana L. (Burdge) Werts

Diana L. Werts, age 70, of Van Wert, died Thursday, March 25, 2021, at the home of her son Timothy Werts, Delphos, OH at 8:28 PM.  She was born in South Bend, IN, the daughter of the late Richard G. and Geraldine L. (Minker) Burdge.  On February 19, 1972 she married Gary L. Werts who preceded her in death July 8, 2015.

Diana is survived by her sons Aaron D. (Tina) Werts of Monroeville, IN- Timothy L. (Cory) Werts of Delphos, OH- James A. (Tiffany) Werts of Van Wert: grandchildren Zachary, Lainey, Cassidy, Logan, Lydia, T.J., Camdyn, Addison, and Keldyn Werts: a sister Malinda L. (Terry) Shellabarger of Van Wert and a brother, Richard G. (Cheryl) Burdge of Van Wert.

Diana was a telephone operator for many years and then became an inspector at the former Teleflex plant in Van Wert. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church of Van Wert.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday. March 30, 2021 at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Burns Officiating.  Friends may call at Brickner Funeral Home Monday, March 29, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM  and on Tuesday at Liberty Baptist from 10:00 AM to time of services.
