Gary was a man of few words but his actions spoke for him. Gary loved our Lord and served and gave quietly in many ways. In his youth he loved to race and was known as 'The Red Light Kid' racing his 69' 442 locally and surrounding circuit. He was an avid Nascar fan and favorite driver #48. Gary also loved auctions and going to Porters in Grover Hill #311.
In recent years he has best been known for sitting on his front porch waving to everyone. Also, going to Orchard Tree to harass the waitresses with buddies in crime Dean Pontius and Gary Bowman. Gary's heart was big and giving to others but never so more than for his 3 grandchildren.
Gary worked for over 30 years at Aeroquip retiring in 2001.
