Ginger Irene (Taylor) Black died at 7:45 PM Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospice Center in Ashland, Ohio.
She was born on March 28, 1937 in Van Wert to James Franklin & Velma Louise (Sites) Taylor.
On July 16, 1957 she married Wayne Irvin Black who survives her in West Salem, Ohio.
She is survived by her children: JoLene Black and her partner Karen Hoevel of Angola, IN, Bruce A. (Kim) Black of Canton, OH, and Brian J. (Lisa) Black of Cleveland, OH. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Ron (Connie) Taylor of Van Wert, Albert (Betty) Taylor Convoy, OH, JoAnn (Anthony Lippi) Taylor of Venedocia OH, and Richard (Linda) Taylor of Van Wert.
She was preceded in death by one son, Dennis W. Black and both of her parents.
She graduated from Convoy Union High School in 1955.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 17, 2011 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Brickner Funeral Home Van Wert, OH. Services will follow at 2:00 PM with Tony and JoAnn Lippi speaking.
Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery.
