Jilda Mae (Searfoss) Yoh, age 64, of Van Wert, died at 2:21 PM Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice. She was born July 31, 1948, in Lima, Ohio, the daughter of the late Lester Searfoss and Evelyn (Mettler) Knuth. Her mother survives her in Middle Point.
She is also survived by 1 Son: Toby Yoh of Ligonier, IN; Grandchildren: Teresa Slone, Linda (Anton) Napier, Cody (Crystal) Hensley, Andrea (Nick) Marchand, all of the Ligonier, IN, area; Great-Grandchildren: Dominic, Kaylee, Rayven, Guinivere, Ethan, Samantha, James, and Wesley; Brothers and Sisters: Jessie (Danny) Chesbro of Van Wert, George (Toni) Searfoss of Haviland, Ernest (Kathy) Jewell of Defiance, Evelyn (Don) Mercer of Antwerp, Edward & William Knuth of Middle Point, Sonny (Lorna) Jewell of Grover Hill, Buddy (Sophie) Jewell of Texas, Kitty (Tom) Brown of Indianapolis, IN, and Helen (Dick) Richardson of Delphos
She was preceded in death by her Children: Annette Farris and Norman Yoh: Brothers and Sisters: Darlene Dawson, Robert Jewell, Jacque Jewell, and Charles Searfoss.
Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Pioneer Christian Ministries Church, Grover Hill, with Rev. Charles Oliver officiating. A meal at the church will follow the Service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donation to the family to help with funeral expenses.
