Julia Ann Farlow

73, of Ohio City, died at 9:30 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2008, at her residence.
She was born July 13, 1935, in Swell, Ky., the daughter of the late Hobert and Beulah (Williams) Hobert. She married Larry Farlow, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Farlow was a member of the Ladies Auxiliaries of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5803 and American Legion Post 178, both in Van Wert.
Survivors include three daughters, Jackie (Mike) Tracey of Convoy, Juanita Comment of Van Wert and Kimberly Edwards of Cincinnati; two sons, Walter (Joan) Comment and Anthony Comment, both of Decatur, Ind.
Four brothers, Russell, Raymond, Samuel and John Nichols, and two sisters, Stella Grimes and Helen McDonald, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, December 5, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert. Burial will be in Willshire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. Thursday, December 4, at the funeral home.
