92, of Van Wert, OH., died Friday March 14, 2008 at 6:30 a.m. at the Van Wert County Hospital, in Van Wert, OH..
She was born in Van Wert, OH., on March 19, 1915 the daughter of the late Richard and Leona (Linkhart) Angevine. On January 19, 1941, she married Carl F. Brickner, who preceeded her in death on September 29, 1961.
Mrs. Brickner had been a integral part of the family business, Brickner Funeral Home, since 1954. She was a member of the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.
She is survived by James (Kathleen) Brickner (son) of Van Wert, OH, Charles (Ruth) Brickner (son) of Van Wert, OH, Barbara Ann(Paul)Eakin (daughter) of Webster , NY, Aimee Brickner (grandaughter) of Charlottesville , VA, Carl (Megan) Brickner (grandson) Vandalia,OH, 2nd Lieut. Virginia Brickner (grandaughter) of Fort Polk LA, Michael E.(Kathryn) Brickner (grandson) of Willowick, OH and Sarah Brickner (grandaughter) of Van Wert. 1 Great Grandaughter Aubrey Jane Brickner Vandalia,OH.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by, 2 half brothers, Richard Angevine (killed in WW 2) and Glen Angevine.
Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2008, at St. Mary Of The Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert, with the Father Mike Zacharias officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, March 16, at the funeral home.
