Marcia Ann Cramer

68, of Van Wert, died at 1:05 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

She was born October 11, 1937, in Van Wert County, the daughter of the late James and E. Elma (Piper) Ireton. On April 29, 1957, she married John E. Cramer, who survives in Van Wert.

Mrs. Cramer was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption and its choir and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. In addition to her husband, survivors include two sons, William A. (Wanda) Cramer of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Rick J. (Kim) Cramer of Pensacola, Fla.; a brother, Michael (Diane) Ireton of Celina; one sister, Portia (Bill) McConnel of Springfield; five grandchildren, Colin A. Cramer of Port St. Lucie, Brittany Cramer and Reed Cramer, both of Riverside, Fla., and Kevin Cramer and Robert Cramer, both of Niagara Falls, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews. Marcia loved them all.

A son, David Cramer, preceded her in death.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 7, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert. Burial will follow at a later date.

Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 6, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert.
