Marjorie "Midge" M. Bursey

Marjorie "Midge" M. Bursey, 88, of Ohio City, died at 7:40 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2010, at Vancrest Healthcare Center in Van Wert.
She was born February 2, 1922, in Lynn, MA, the daughter of the late William and Mary J. (Fitzgerald) Scanlon.
Mrs. Bursey was an accountant. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert.
Survivors include the daughter she never had, Jo (Bob) Sweet of Ohio City, OH; her granddaughters Emily Lahr and Lexie Cross. She was also blessed with many special friends in the community.
A son, David Bursey, also preceded her in death.
A service will be conducted at a later date.
