Mary Alice Louagie

Mary Alice Louagie, age 89, of Van Wert passed away at Vancrest Healthcare Center at 5:59 PM Sunday, November 22, 2020.  She was born February 21, 1931 a daughter of Emile & Julia (Deruytter) Louagie, both of whom are deceased.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by SISTERS: Lena (Joe) Miller, Marie (Dale) Stripe, Laura Marie Louagie, Pauline (Victor) Garmyn, BROTHERS: Joseph Louagie, Richard Louagie, Paul Louagie, and Maurice (Clara) Louagie.

She retired after many years of employment at Van Wert County Courthouse.  She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there will be no visitation.

Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.

Service arrangements have been made with Brickner Funeral Home.
