Mitchell E. Barnes

age 36, of Van Wert, died at 11:09 a.m. Thursday, July 06, 2006, at his residence in Van Wert.
He was born March 31, 1970, in Van Wert County, the son of the late Mitchell E. Barnes Sr. and Darlene (Dangler) Fulk, who survives. He married Bridget N. Wade on October 16, 2005, who survives.
Mr. Barnes was a self employed carpet installer. He was a member of the Van Wert Victory Church. He was an avid fan of horse races and Dodge cars.
Survivors include two sons, Mitchell E. Barnes III, and Zachary E. Barnes; one daughter, Kymberly I.M. Barnes; two step-children, Jodie L. Boff, and David L. Boff; Grandmother, Cuba Louise Coil; one sister, Michelle J. Collins; four nieces, one nephew, and one great nephew.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Kimberly Bowersock, and Paula Ann Dangler.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Pastor Darryl Ramey officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Visitation is from 2:00 - 8:00 P.M. Monday, July 10, 2006 at the funeral home.
