Nancy A. Hofacker

Nancy A. Hofacker, 63, of Van Wert died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 18, 1949, in Decatur, IN, the daughter of the Late Leo and Myrtle (Walters) Workinger. On April 24, 1971, she married Ray Hofacker, who survives in Van Wert. She is also survived by her Son, Darin (Aimee) Hofacker of Van Wert; Grandchildren, Jaylan, Darin Jr., and Arber Hofacker of Van Wert; Sister, Barbara Fox of Decatur, IN; Brother, H. Dale (Dianna) Workinger of Greentown, IN.
She worked as a housekeeper, was a volunteer with the Van Wert Council on Aging, and was a member of the Van Wert Co. Hospital Twig 1 group.
Funeral Services will be Saturday,February 9, 2013, at 10:30 AM at Brickner Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Van Wert Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call at Brickner Funeral Home 2-4 & 6-8 Friday, February 8, 2013, Saturday Morning 1 hour prior to Services.
