Pastor Job M. Stagner

68, of Van Wert, OH., died at 7:55 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2007, at Memorial Hospital, Lima, Oh..

He was born June 16, 1939, the son of the late Charles and L. Lucille (Wilkin) Stagner. On June 17, 1961, he married Nila N. (Smith) Stagner who survives in Van Wert.

In addition to his wife, survivors include two daughters, Joy Narlene (Howard) Dudley of Kennard, Indiana, Pastor Angela Lynne (Jack) Hancock of Van Wert, two sisters, Charlotte Robinette of Dayton Ohio, Delores O'Halloran of Fairborn Ohio, four grandchildren, James Aaron Hancock, Johnathon Dudley, Andrew Wilt, and Alicia Wilt.

He was a retired Pastor of First Friends Church in Van Wert, and had served as a pastore for a period of 40 years in several churches. He was a member of First Friends Church, and a graduate of Fairborn High School. He attended Frankfort Pilgrim College in Frankfort Indiana.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at First Friends Church in Van Wert, with the Pastors Keith Stuck and Doug Shoemaker officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Visitation is from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 13, at the funeral home, and Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m. until time of service.
