Patricia Louise Leathers

Patricia Louise Leathers, age 78, of Ridge Township, Van Wert County, died at 5:05 AM Wednesday morning, October 26, at Van Wert Manor Nursing Home. She was born in Van Wert the daughter of the late Thomas I. and Ocie M. (Bolenbaugh) Miller. On August 12, 1956, she was united in marriage with the late David A. Leathers who preceded her in death October 19, 1988. Surviviors include two Sons: Brian E. (Mary Jane) Leathers and Stuart W. Leathers, both of Van Wert- two Grandsons: David R. and Stephen T. Leathers, both of Van Wert- one Sister, Elsie M. (Jack) Stahr, of Van Wert. One brother, Max I. Miller preceded her in death.

Mrs. Leathers was a homemaker. She was a Farm Bureau Council member, and a member of the former Ridge United Methodist Church.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 AM Saturday, October 29, 2011, at Brickner Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday October 28, 2011. Preferred memorials are donations to the American Heart Association.
