Roger D. Ralston

Roger D. Ralston, age 79, of Van Wert, died at 5:18 PM Monday, January 16, 2012 at Van Wert Manor.
He was born in Delphos, OH the son Glen and Beatrice (Stahl) Ralston, both preceded him in death. On September 13, 1952, he was united in marriage with Patricia "Pat" (Taylor) Ralston who survives in Van Wert.
They had two children, Bradley D. and Jeffrey L. Ralston, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include three grandchildren, Matthew Ralston of Kettering, OH, Erin Ralston of Louisville, KY and Adam Ralston of Decatur, IN; a sister, Jeannette (Arthur) Bauer of Van Wert; a brother-in-law, Ralph (Yvonne) Taylor of Van Wert; a niece, Susan (Keith) Bowersox of Van Wert; two nephews, David (Cheryl) Taylor of Van Wert and Philip (Christine) Taylor of IN.
Roger worked at National Seal for 44 years. He was a graduate of the Van Wert High School class of 1950.
There will be no viewing and a private family burial will be at Woodland Cemetery at a later date.
Preferred memorials are donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society or Donor's Choice.
