age 11 weeks, of Van Wert, passed away at 8:58 a.m. Sunday, March 05, 2006, at Parkview Memorial Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She was born December 18, 2005, the daughter of Terry G. and Lacey J. (Ross) Warren Jr. whom survive.
In addition to her parents, survivors include Paternal Grandparents, Terry and Tina Warraen Sr., Paternal Great Grandparents, John and Carmen Michael, Willie Warren, Carol Gardner, Maternal Grandparents, Paul Ross, Jim and Lisa Nation, Maternal Great Grandparents, Candice Dunno, and Ronald Fitch, Uncles, Forest Houseworth, Andrew Ross, Zachary Ross, Aunts, Elise Warren, BreAnna Ross, Lacey Warren, many Great Aunts and Uncles. She was preceded in death by Grandparents, Barbara and Peter Ross.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home, 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 08, 2006 with the Rev. James Howell officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
