Vivian A. (Mosley) Boaz

Vivian A. (nee Mosley) Boaz, 84, of Van Wert, died on July 2, 2015. She was born March 22, 1931, in Lexington, KY, the daughter of Augustus and Mary (Bates) Mosley. On October 28, 1948, she married Franklin C. Boaz who preceded her in death on December 3, 1992.
Survivors include seven sons Colonel (Deborah) Boaz of Washington DC, Michael (Tina) Boaz and Peter (Nichole) Boaz of Van Wert, John (Danielle) Boaz of Oak Harbor, Ohio, Matthew (Angie) Boaz of West Chester, Ohio, Edward Gay and Robert (Juanita) Gay both of Van Wert; two daughters Sandra Reynolds of Van Wert and Mary McGuire of Cincinnati, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great grand- children.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark A. Boaz.
Mrs. Boaz was employed by the Van Wert County Council on Aging for 30 years.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Brickner Funeral Home, Van Wert, Ohio with the Rev. Gus Christo-Baker officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery immediately following the Funeral.
Calling hours are from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Brickner Funeral Home, Van Wert, Also there will be calling hours 1 hour prior to the service on July 8, 2015 from 12 noon to 1 PM.
Preferred Memorial is the Van Wert County Council on Aging.
