Dorothy "Doris" Seibert of Van Wert died at 5:40 AM Friday August 03, 2012 at her residence.
She was born November 29, 1939 in Delphos, OH to the late LeRoy Robert and Rita Helen (Bendele) Stant. On Dec. 23, 1960 she married Robert L. Seibert who preceded her in death on March 18, 2012.
She is also survived by 5 Children: Rita A. (Jake) Fowler of Van Wert, Robert E. (Rhonda) Seibert of Van Wert, Doug A. (Annette) Seibert of Scott, Marcia T. (John) Johnson, Paul L. (Jennifer) Seibert of Van Wert; A daughter-in-law, Valarie H. Seibert of Van Wert; 4 brothers, Roger L. Stant of Delphos, Daniel J. (Marsha) Stant of Mendon, John J. Stant of Delphos, Richard L. (Karen) Stant of Landeck; 4 sisters, Nancy L. Zachrich, Bonnie K. (Mike) Luke of Van Wert, Kathi A. Stant of Spencerville, Darlene M. (Rick) Pohlman of Delphos; 13 Grandchildren, Kristin (Justin) Bragg, Jeremiah (Elizabeth) Johnson, Andy Fowler all of Van Wert, James (Amanda) Johnson of Chattanooga, TN, Kaury Seibert of Van Wert, Zach Seibert of Scott, Chad Fowler of Lima, Johnathon Seibert, Robbie Seibert, Benjamin Seibert, all of Van Wert, Morgan Seibert of Scott, David Seibert and Dylann Seibert both of Van Wert; 7 Great-Grandchildren, Paige Seibert and Kambrea Pratt both of Van Wert, Justus and Laila Johnson both of Columbus, GA, Cohen and Kellen Bragg both of Van Wert, McKinsey Cunningham of Chattanooga, TN; 2 Special friends of the family, Rose Jenkins and Shaun Burke.
She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Robbie Paul and Timothy Seibert; a sister, Betty (Stant) Burwell; and 2 brothers, Tom and Bill Stant.
Dorothy enjoyed her family, Bingo and friends, playing poker, and watching the Nascar races, Hazel and 700 Club.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at St. John the Evangelist Church in Delphos with Father Stanley Szybka officiating. Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery in Delphos.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, August 6, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert, where a Rosary service will be held following visitation.
